There is a lot to learn about what has and has not worked these past 25 years, indeed through a few thousand years of human history and some Hitchhikery imagining of the future.
We will grow at the pace our Patron Fish allow. Raise a lot, and we can be ambitious. Raise a little, and we can afford a little more sticking plaster, which, as it happens, we’ve become quite expert with.
The Hitchhikers and the Field Researchers people with specific skills to contribute: researchers, writers, programmers, designers, organisers, governance thinkers, deliberative democracy practitioners, people who know how mutual societies actually work.
